We can provide customers with wet sand castings, resin sand sleeves, and water glass sand castings made of black and non-ferrous metal materials.

The most common wet sand castings are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron. We can provide these castings with a maximum size ranging from approximately 0.05 kilograms to approximately 15000 kilograms, and a maximum size of up to 5000 millimeters x 2000 millimeters x 1500 millimeters. The molding methods include manual molding of flooring, vibration extrusion line, and automatic molding line. Through this diverse molding method, we are able to meet the weight, size, and quantity requirements of our customers.

There are two types of steel sand castings: water glass sand castings and resin sand castings, including ordinary carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel. In the category of steel sand castings, the smallest available part is about 1 kilogram, while the largest part is about 20 tons. Steel castings weighing less than 1kg will be manufactured using investment casting (lost wax casting) method.

Nonferrous metal sand castings are also available for selection. The molding process used is green sand, which can meet the requirements of castings weighing from 0.1 kilograms to 100 kilograms. The available alloys include copper based and aluminum based alloys.

The material certification of the spectrometer can be provided together with all first piece samples. We can provide specialized inspection reports according to customer requirements.

Various secondary operations can be performed on all three types of sand castings. They include shot peening, heat treatment, machining, surface treatment, assembly services, and customized packaging.
