4.Installation and Usage Precautions

When installing a Type B pulley, it is essential to ensure a tight fit between the shaft hole and the key way. Before assembly, the mating surfaces must be cleaned to remove any oil or grease to guarantee sufficient friction. 

Additionally, the tension of the belt should be adjusted appropriately; if pulley is too loose, it may cause slipping, while excessive tension can accelerate the wear of both the belt and the bearings. For Type B pulleys operating at high speeds, dynamic balancing is also required to ensure smooth operation and minimize noise.

Packing and Delivery

We use wooden crates or pallet boxes for packaging.Each item is sealed in a VCI bag to prevent rust, then packed in sturdy hard boxes or crates designed to withstand stacking and handling. Larger parts are secured with stretch film to prevent shifting. All units are palletized for efficient forklift loading and optimized container space.
